Snow. The forecast was for snow.
So far, not so much. Not like Boston. Not like New York. Not even like the snow globe on the windowsill. Could it snow, here in WNC?
Of course it could. We are in the mountains, in some of the highest altitudes on the East Coast. We have had winters with a lot of snow, and just as many with no snow.
The only thing for sure about the snow here is that most folks here don’t know how to drive in it. Oh, and the very mention of it sends them panic-stricken to the grocery stores.
I don’t like snow, or winter, for that matter. But if I were to move further south the bugs would only get bigger and more aggressive, and I almost don’t like them as much.
So as long as the power stays on, there’s food in the fridge, and I don’t have to dig my way to the mailbox, I’ll survive.
